Our new Edge Discovery app can be deployed to your endpoints to collect detailed asset and identity information and helps provide additional context to assets discovered by Aura.
Aura already comes with many pre-built security and operational metrics for measuring endpoint compliance and identifying gaps in your security controls in real-time. In this release, we have made it even easier to add new metrics tailored to your organization. With our new GUI-driven metrics builder, you can create new metrics in just minutes.
Aura already discovers all of your assets on the network, but it is now able to additionally discover the software running on those assets. For each discovered asset, Aura can let you know the software vendors, products and versions and maintains a full history of installed software over time.
The newly added Operating Systems Insights dashboard in Aura provides detailed reporting on the many operating systems and versions running on the discovered assets. This dashboard allows you to gain an understanding of how many assets have a specific OS or version, and also provides more detailed insights on a per asset level.
Many dashboards in Aura now include Smart Dashboard Filtering. This brings incredible levels of power and tailored reporting in Aura, to allow for simple creation of detailed search criteria that can be saved, reused and shared with your team. Several dashboards come with built-in recall functionality, that remembers previously used search filters, to save you time and ensure they are available the next time you launch the same dashboard.
